Once you've found a home you love, complete our Application Form (and Guarantor Form, if applicable). In a high-demand market, the more information you provide upfront, the stronger your application will be.

What You Will Need

To process your application, please have the following ready:

Photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence).
Landlord Reference: Detailing your tenancy history and rent punctuality.
Character Reference: From a professional who has known you for 5+ years.
Employer Reference: Confirming your current position and status.
Proof of Residency: A recent utility bill or bank statement.
Financial Proof: Recent payslips, bank statements or Housing Executive notification letters.
We may request to carry out a credit check.

FAQ's

What are the upfront costs?

You will need to pay one month's rent and a security deposit (usually equal to one month's rent) before the tenancy begins.
Are rates included?

Yes. All advertised rental figures include rates. You are responsible for utilities (Electric, Gas, etc.).
How long is the lease?

Typically 12 months. Shorter or longer terms are at the landlord's discretion.
Does the landlord have a key?

While we hold keys, we (and the landlord) will always obtain your prior consent before entering for inspections or repairs.
Is my furniture insured?

No. The landlord's insurance covers the building. You must arrange your own Contents Insurance for personal belongings.

Tenant Responsibilities

A great tenancy is a two-way street. As a tenant, you are responsible for:

Paying rent and utilities on time.
Keeping the property clean, tidy, and in good decorative order inside & outside.
Reporting repairs promptly and repairing any damage caused by residents/guests.
Being a good neighbour—avoiding noise or nuisance to those living nearby.
Not altering the property without the landlord's permission.
