Why Use Western Properties?

Personal Service

We provide a personal and professional service tailored to suit individual landlord needs. We feel that this service sets us apart from our competitors.

Western Properties Why Use Us

Maximum Tenant Choice

Over the last 5 years we have been collecting tenant data across County Tyrone. We have a high level of applicants for our properties and with our experience, referencing and tenant data we are able to find the right people for your property.

Western Properties Why Use Us

Marketing Muscle

We advertise all our properties on and is the leading property portal in Northern Ireland and is the go to location for tenants searching for rental properties.

Our research has shown that over 80% of people searching for rental properties do so from mobile phones or other mobile devices so our own website has been redesigned and relaunched to work across all devices including mobile phones, tablets, PCs and laptops.

We also recognise the power and importance of social media and all our properties are advertised on Facebook and Twitter.

Western Properties Why Use Us

Late Night Viewings

Over 50% of our viewings happen outside traditional 9-5 hours - that's because the best tenants often work long hours. We facilitate evening viewings most weekdays so that tenants can view your property at their convenience.

Western Properties Why Use Us

24/7 Emergency Repairs Hot Line

Allows tenants to report an urgent repair outside normal office hours.
